A specialty of GVP is the oversight of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance processes and documents for private clients, local/regional governmental agencies and special districts. GVP provides strategic advice to clients and lead agencies and helps determine the appropriate CEQA- and NEPA-compliance document type for their projects. Support of legal noticing requirements and public involvement programs is provided along with technical editing and reviews of documents prepared by others. Presentations at public meetings can be provided.
